QWhat is the delivery time of your factory?
It depends on your volume. Normally our delivery time is 25 days. But when the volume is large, please communicate with our sales rep so as to arrange the quickest delivery time.
QWhat is the production capacity of your factory?
Our production capacity is 80 containers per month.
QAre there any tariffs or duties on your products to the United States or Australia?
We have CO (Certificate of Origin) from Vietnam. Therefore, there are no tariffs or duties on our products to these regions.
QWhat are the international trading terms provided?
We provide EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDU terms. In fact, we can work with all standard international trading terms.
QDo you have any certificates for products in Australia or the US?
We have the RMI certificate for the United States and the AS-4084 certificate for Australia. We possess valid certificates required by these local markets.
QWhat are your standard payment terms?
Generally, our payment terms are 30% T/T in advance as a deposit, and 70% T/T against the copy of the B/L as the balance. If you have special requirements, please contact our sales representative directly.
