Connect 1 row of MK bracing brackets at the inside of columns positioned at ends, meanwhile connect 2 rows of brackets at both sides of columns in intermediate, as shown.
Position the column (1) vertically. Position the column (1) into the fixing MK base, as shown. Connect the column and the base with M20x40 bolts (7). Fastening the other M20x40 bolts (7) on the base. Recommended torque: 86~103N.M
The standard composition of the vertical bracing, after it has been fastened to the columns, is as shown in the illustration.
The bases must be leveled with metal leveling plates if necessary. Then, fully tighten the M20x40 bolts (7) on the base front. Using the drill-holes in the bases for fastening them to the floor, use a Ø14 bit and drill a hole with a minimum depth of 100 mm. Remove the drilling remains and carefully hammer in the fastening M10x160 anchors (11). Firmly bolt the fastening plate in place. Recommended torque: 50 MN
The arm (12) is fastened to the column (1) using safety pins Ø29x140 (13). Fit the arms according to the heights and distribution shown on the corresponding project drawing, where applicable.
Finally, the completed structure should look like the illustration.
