Installation Instructions

  • 1. Securely affix one row of MK bracing brackets inside columns at terminal positions, and two rows on both sides for intermediary sections.
  • 2. Vertically place columns into the MK fixing base, using M20x40 bolts with a torque of 86~103N.M.
  • 3. Level bases with metal leveling plates if required, and drill holes to secure with M10x160 anchors with a recommended torque of 50 MN.
  • 4. Firmly attach the arm to the column using safety pins ф29x140.
  • 5. Align arms to specified heights and distribution as indicated in the project blueprint.
  • 6. Ensure the completed assembly matches the provided illustration accurately.

A: No, but larger quantities come with better prices. We recommend the order quantity for regular products to fit at least one 20ft container, which is approximately 15 tons.
Q: How are tooling fees charged for opening new molds?
A: For production requiring new tooling, the cost is charged before the first order is placed. This cost will be partially or fully refunded after reaching a specified quantity of orders.
