We are a manufacturer. Our factory has been specializing in warehouse racks, supermarket shelves, and various display stands since 2001. You are warmly welcome to visit our factory whenever you are available.
2Can you produce according to the customer's design, special sizes, and colors?
Sure, we have very rich experience in customizing shelves. Floor plans or 3D drawings can be provided by our engineers for easy graphic integration and modular construction. Custom-size and color requests are always welcome. We also produce shelves in different materials like metal, wood, titanium alloy, acrylic, glass, etc.
3Are samples available and what is the delivery time?
Yes, samples are available at any time. We charge a sample cost which will be returned during the next order. In general, our delivery time is within 15 days, depending on the order quantity and shelving design.
4How can I get a quick quote for storage racking or display shelving?
To provide a quick quote, please prepare the following details:
For Storage Racking:
- The item stored, individual unit weight, and dimensions (Length * Width * Height).
- Number of boxes or pallets per level and total levels needed.
- Space layout plan (a floor plan is preferred).
- Required accessories like wire/metal/wood deck, safety bars, or shims.
For Display Shelving:
- The selling space floor plan of your retail store.
- The products to be displayed and load capacity requirements.

5How are the racks installed and packed?
A step-by-step installation drawing guide is provided for each type of shelf and rack. Experienced professionals support you through design, production, and after-sales. Typically, shelves are flat-packed using air bubble film in standard export cartons. Customized packaging like wooden boxes is also available.
6What is the difference between a main rack and an add-on rack?
The difference lies in the number of uprights. The main rack is the starter rack equipped with 2 uprights, whereas the add-on rack is the continuation rack that uses only 1 upright. For instance, a series of 15 wall racks consists of 1 main rack and 14 add-on racks.
