Superior Column Cross Section
The column cross section consists of 21 faces, and the 21-fold face has a stronger bearing capacity and a higher safety factor than the traditional 13-fold face column.
Reinforced Crossbeam Structure
The crossbeam is welded together by two column clamps and a crossbeam rod. The crossbeam rod is made of two special "C" shaped steels, which doubles the thickness of the upper and lower sides of the beam. It has the characteristics of light weight, strong bearing capacity and low cost.

Which port will be used as the loading port?
Qingdao port is our standard port, or we can arrange shipment according to your specific needs.
What is the raw material of your products?
The standard raw material for normal temperature warehouses is carbon steel Q235b. For cold storage configurations at minus 18 degrees Celsius or lower, we adopt Q345D. Other types of steel can be customized according to your needs.
Do you have a MOQ (minimum order quantity) limitation?
No, we do not have a MOQ requirement for most of our products. Normally, a 1*20ft container order is recommended to minimize logistics costs and simplify operation.
What is the packaging used for the products?
We use standard export packaging. All parts are packed with packing tape after being stacked regularly, and covered with plastic film; the steel plates of medium-sized shelves are packed in cartons and then secured with packing belts.
How will I install the racks?
We provide detailed installation videos and technical drawings. If necessary, we can also dispatch an engineer or an entire installation team to guide the process on site.
