Factory Strength
Shelves play an important role in modern logistics activities. The modernization of warehouse management is directly related to the types and functions of shelves. Choosing the right storage shelves will not only bring unexpected benefits to the enterprise, but also save investment and operating costs.
First, the strip steel is cold-rolled through a rolling mill to form key components such as columns, beams, and support beams for shelves.
The CNC punching machine accurately punches the hole positions on the column. The entire process is automatically controlled by computer to ensure the precision of each hole.
Shelves are produced in strict accordance with industry standards. Welding of shelf parts utilizes full penetration groove welding. The connection between the column and beam changes the hinged form to a rigid connection direction as much as possible; all connecting bolts are friction-type high-strength bolts.
To ensure quality, efficiency, and accuracy, our production base has introduced a fully automatic laminate folding production line. This line automatically cuts materials and folds four sides, improving both production speed and precision.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is your delivery time?
For standard size models, we maintain stock materials. Orders under 500 units can be shipped within 3-7 days. For customized models, delivery typically ranges from 7-15 days depending on the project volume.
What are your payment and trade terms?
Our standard payment term is a 40% deposit, with the remaining balance cleared by T/T before shipping. We primarily trade under EXW or FOB terms.
Are product samples available?
Yes, samples can be arranged. Due to the large volume of our products, we recommend requesting raw material samples to evaluate quality prior to placing bulk orders.
How do we handle difficulties during installation?
We supply detailed assembly instructions for every racking model. If required, our technical team can provide remote support through phone, video call, or interactive guides.
What is the difference between a main rack and an add-on rack?
The main rack is a starter unit equipped with two upright frames, allowing it to stand independently. An add-on rack is a continuation unit that features only one upright frame, designed to connect directly into an existing main rack to save cost and space.
What type of warranty do you provide?
We offer a product warranty ranging from 3 to 5 years depending on the specific system design and application.
