The radio shuttle rack is a combination of simple drive-in racking and shuttle cart (also named as pallet mole in some regions). Incoming the storage system, pallets to be loaded by forklifts on the shuttle cart which is located at the front end of the drive-in system, then the shuttle cart carrying a pallet is sent to an appointed location by remote control. For outgoing of pallet, the process is on the contrary.

What is the MOQ limitation for the rack system?

There is no strict MOQ limitation. However, large purchases will bring competitive prices. A 20FT container (10T~13T) is highly recommended for optimized production handling.

What is the lead time for production?

For a standard 20FT container loading, the manufacture time is about 10-15 days. For customized items, it covers approximately 20-25 days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We generally welcome T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit) payment methods.

How do you handle sample delivery?

Short sections of uprights and beams can be provided free of charge. However, the freight charge will be collected on your account.

What is the warranty for the racking system?

All rack items are warrantied against manufacturing defects. To prevent any components shortage, we provide an additional 1% to 2% spare parts.

Can the shuttle rack be customized for different pallet sizes?

Yes, customized pallet sizes and configurations are fully accepted. We can tailor the layout, rack size, and load capacity to match your specific warehouse storage requirements.
