Q1: Are you a manufacturing or trading company?
We have two factories in China. Welcome to visit anytime. Our factories have SGS certification, ISO 9001/45001/14001 and many patent certifications. Since 2003, we have been providing overall warehouse solutions.
Q2: What information is required for a pallet rack quotation request?
1. Rack drawings or detailed dimensions (length, width, height)
2. Number of layers on the rack
3. Load bearing of each rack layer (100kg-8000kg)
4. Quantity of racks
Q3: Could you produce according to customers' designs?
Of course, we have rich experience in overall warehouse solutions and build hundreds of projects every year.
Q4: What are your trading and payment terms?
Deposit 30% upon signing the contract, the balance will be cleared by T/T, L/C, or Western Union before delivery.
Q5: What is your delivery time?
5-35 working days after receiving the deposit, according to the order quantity and drawing size.
Q6: How are the products packaged?
Generally, shelves are flat-packed by air bubble film in standard export cartons. Other packings like wooden boxes are available upon client request.
