- Track Length: The total depth of the rack should be carefully considered. Excessively long tracks can hinder the smooth sliding of goods. If the track length is too great and the quantity of goods is insufficient, the speed of the sliding pallets can increase significantly, leading to a higher risk of items overturning.
- Damping Devices: For longer tracks, it is advisable to install damping mechanisms in the middle of the tracks to control the speed of the sliding goods and prevent them from overturning. Cushioning and separation devices should be installed at the lowest point of the slope to minimize impact force and prevent potential flipping.
